How Private Health & Performance Works

Private Health & Performance by Fit by David begins with a practical brief and a personal discussion. The aim is to agree the right professional, services and availability before support starts.

1. Send a practical brief

Tell us the kind of support you want, who it is for, your broad location and preferred period. The enquiry is free and non-binding. Do not send diagnoses, medical records, test results, identity documents or private information about other participants.

2. Discuss your priorities

Explore goals, preferences, schedule, locations and whether ongoing monthly support fits. The service starts from €15,000 per calendar month (including applicable VAT), even for one discipline. Review the fee structure before proceeding.

3. Review the proposed professional

Consider relevant experience, qualifications, communication and availability. Review the named professional, references and checks documented for your engagement. The matching standard requires experience relevant to the actual role, not assumed competence across every discipline.

4. Agree the proposal in writing

Confirm the professional, participants, services, hours, response times, rest, locations, start date, fees, taxes and additional costs. The agreement also addresses changes, sickness, continuity, confidentiality, cancellation and applicable consumer rights.

An enquiry does not create a booking or payment commitment. A monthly price alone does not authorise recurring charges.

5. Arrange payment and private intake

Follow the accepted payment arrangements and complete any necessary intake through a separately agreed private process. Clarify its purpose, access and retention. Payment by a family office, employer or relative does not automatically grant access to a participant’s health information.

6. Begin and review

Start on the confirmed date and review the arrangement as your needs change. Agree material changes before committing to additional work or costs. Physical, medical and performance outcomes are not guaranteed.

If the professional is ill, options may include rescheduling, adjusted support or a suitable replacement, depending on the agreement and availability. Read the practical questions and answers or start your enquiry.

Before accepting a proposal, review the agreement details to confirm.
