Choosing private support
Can I choose just personal training, massage or health coordination?
Yes. Choose one discipline or combine services within the professional’s qualifications. The same minimum of €15,000 per calendar month (including applicable VAT) applies. See monthly fees and additional costs.
Does daily support mean 24/7 availability?
No. The proposal specifies working hours, session frequency, response times, travel time, time zones and rest. You reserve agreed availability, rather than unlimited support. Read about working arrangements.
Can a family office, employer or relative arrange support?
Yes, where authorised. Paying does not grant access to another participant’s health information. Children’s participation depends on suitability and appropriate parent or guardian permission. An adult should make the first enquiry. See how support is agreed.
Can I book an ordinary training or massage session in Amsterdam?
Yes. Local sessions have separate prices and booking arrangements. Explore personal training or massage treatments in Amsterdam.
Your professional
How can I review the proposed professional?
Before accepting, review their name, relevant qualifications, experience, references, availability and documented checks for the proposed services and locations. See the professional matching standard.
What happens if my professional is ill?
Depending on the agreement and circumstances, options may include rescheduling, adjusted support or a suitable replacement discussed with you. A replacement depends on availability. See how an engagement works.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Physical, medical and performance outcomes vary. Progress and feedback inform reviews and adjustments to the agreed support.
Training and massage
Do I need a complete home gym?
Not necessarily. Discuss space, access, suitable equipment and any facility or equipment costs before agreeing the programme. Read about training at home.
Can training be adapted for an injury?
Adaptations require appropriate clinical guidance and must stay within the professional’s competence. They may stop an activity and recommend a clinician. See training and safe participation.
Can I stop a massage or decline a technique?
Yes. Each participant can pause, stop or request changes at any time. Access, equipment, hygiene and privacy are agreed before sessions. Read about massage and participant comfort.
Does this service provide medical treatment?
The coordination role does not diagnose, prescribe or interpret clinical results. Wellness massage does not replace medical treatment or physiotherapy. This is not an emergency service; seek urgent help through local emergency services. See clinical responsibilities.
Health checks and external providers
Can you arrange a private health check or executive screening?
Practical coordination can be discussed. An appropriate provider advises on suitability and interprets clinical results. The assessment options are not a standard package for everyone.
Who chooses and pays doctors, physiotherapists and testing providers?
You choose external providers. Their fees are separate unless expressly included; direct contracting and payment may be appropriate. The coordination role covers agreed scheduling, preparation and logistics. See external costs.
Home and travel
Must the professional live in my home?
No. Home visits, an in-house arrangement or staying nearby can be discussed. Privacy, safe accommodation, household access and working arrangements must be agreed. Explore the delivery options.
Can support continue abroad, including London or Dubai?
Travel depends on availability, facilities, permits, local professional rules, insurance and safety. London and Dubai can be discussed; they do not imply local offices or guaranteed staffing. See destination planning.
What if my travel plans change?
Tell us early. Revised schedules, scope and costs require agreement before new commitments. Professional transport and accommodation are separate unless included in writing. Read about travel costs and changes.
Getting started, payment and privacy
How soon can support begin?
A start date is confirmed after the professional, scope and practical arrangements are agreed. See the steps before support starts.
Does an enquiry create a booking or payment commitment?
No. An engagement starts after acceptance of the written proposal or agreement and its terms. The agreement specifies payment arrangements; a monthly price alone does not authorise recurring charges. Enquire without commitment.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Review the monthly engagement’s cancellation, termination and refund provisions before accepting, including applicable consumer rights. Rules for missed Amsterdam sessions do not automatically apply. See payment and agreement details.
Can we agree an NDA?
Yes, confidentiality and an additional NDA can be discussed before the engagement begins. Read about professional standards and discretion.
Should I include health information in my enquiry?
No diagnoses, medical records, test results, identity documents or private participant details. Necessary later intake needs a separately agreed private process with defined purposes, recipients, lawful grounds and retention. Each participant’s information and permissions are handled separately. See what to include in your enquiry.
