Before Private Health & Performance begins, review the proposed services and working arrangements in writing. This page explains the matters to confirm. It is not a personalised offer or a replacement for the applicable terms or your statutory rights.
The people and the scope
The proposal should identify the contracting parties, the named professional and the people receiving support. An authorised employer, family office or relative may arrange or pay for support, but this does not automatically give them access to a participant's health information.
Specify the disciplines, professional qualifications, participants, locations, start date and service period. Review the matching standard and the steps before starting.
Availability and practical arrangements
A monthly engagement reserves defined availability. Agree working hours, session frequency, response times, travel days, time zones and rest. Daily support does not mean 24-hour access.
For home or travel arrangements, confirm facilities, equipment, access permissions, privacy, accommodation and destination requirements. Discuss what happens if plans change or the professional is unavailable, including rescheduling or a suitable replacement where available.
Fees, expenses and payment
The service starts from €15,000 per calendar month (including applicable VAT), including a single-discipline engagement. Before accepting, review the total payable price, applicable taxes, payment dates and any separate expenses. A monthly fee on this website does not itself authorise recurring charges.
Agree who books and pays for transport, accommodation, facilities, equipment and external providers, with approval limits before costs are committed. See monthly fees and additional costs.
Changes, cancellation and consumer rights
Confirm the procedure for changing scope, giving notice, cancelling or ending the engagement, and how approved costs and any refunds are calculated. The arrangement is reserved monthly availability, so rules for a missed individual Amsterdam training session should not be assumed to describe every circumstance.
Review how your individual agreement relates to the general terms and refund policy. Ask for any differences or uncertainties to be resolved before accepting. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Privacy, comfort and professional boundaries
Keep the initial enquiry practical. Any necessary health intake or sharing of records requires a separately agreed process explaining purpose, access, recipients, lawful grounds and retention. Each participant's information and permissions must be handled appropriately. Read the privacy policy.
Participants can pause or stop hands-on work and decline techniques. Participation is not permission to use personal details or images in marketing. Additional confidentiality arrangements, including an NDA, can be discussed.
Clinical decisions remain with appropriately qualified providers. The coordination service does not diagnose, prescribe, interpret clinical results or provide emergency care.
