Your journey begins with a free 60-minute intake session inside the private gym of the Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky.Together with your trainer, you’ll discuss your goals, complete a 30-minute movement and strength assessment, and optionally undergo a full body analysis. You’ll also receive a practical handout with personalised insights and recommendations.You leave the intake with clarity and direction, whether or not you continue training with Fit by David.
