Fit by David can help organise the practical side of health appointments and assessments: provider options, scheduling, preparation, travel logistics and agreed follow-up. This is one discipline within Private Health & Performance, available alone or alongside training and massage.
You choose your external providers. Diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment and clinical interpretation remain with appropriately qualified clinicians. The coordination role does not provide medical or emergency care.
Doctor and physiotherapy appointments
The practical brief can include finding provider options, checking appointment requirements, coordinating your diary and clarifying the next agreed actions. Support may also include arranging transport or fitting appointments around work and travel.
Sharing records or discussing results with a provider requires an appropriate, separately agreed process. Your professional can help organise activities around clinical recommendations within their competence; they do not independently change prescribed care.
Private health checks and executive screening
A busy schedule can make appointments difficult to arrange. Practical coordination may help, but an appropriate clinician should advise on which tests, if any, suit your circumstances. Assessments are not a standard package for every client, and screening is not a guarantee of preventing illness.
The following options can be discussed with suitable providers:
Body composition analysis
Arrange an appropriate measurement and discuss its purpose, limitations and use alongside other progress measures. A body-composition measurement on its own is not a diagnosis.
VO2 max testing
Coordinate an aerobic fitness assessment with a suitable provider. The provider determines the protocol, preparation, safety requirements and interpretation; the coordination service helps with scheduling and logistics.
Metabolic testing
Clarify the purpose and limitations of a proposed assessment with the provider before booking. The choice of test and meaning of the results depend on your circumstances.
Biomarker testing
Organise laboratory appointments and practical preparation when testing is appropriate. Qualified providers handle clinical interpretation. Agree how samples, information and results will be managed; do not send medical results through the website enquiry form.
DEXA scan coordination
Help schedule an assessment accepted or recommended by an appropriate provider. That provider remains responsible for suitability, preparation, delivery and interpretation.
Provider choice, costs and participant privacy
Clinicians, clinics, laboratories and testing services may operate independently under their own terms. Their charges are separate from the monthly engagement unless expressly included; direct contracting and payment may be appropriate. Approval limits and booking responsibilities must be clear before costs are committed. Read the pricing and external-cost explanation.
A family office, employer or relative may help arrange support where authorised, but payment does not automatically grant access to a participant’s health information. Necessary information sharing requires defined purposes, recipients and an appropriate process. See the existing privacy policy and discuss service-specific arrangements before intake.
Arrange ongoing coordination
The monthly engagement starts from €15,000 per calendar month (including applicable VAT), including coordination-only support. The proposal defines the professional, services, availability and locations. Read how support is agreed, or send a practical, non-binding enquiry.
