I started Fit by David because I wanted to create a space where clients could train without distractions, a private, high-end environment that reflects the dedication they bring to their goals.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply feel more confident, I’ll guide you with structure, accountability, and personal attention.

My philosophy

At Fit by David, I help people build bodies that work, not just look good. With a deep foundation in anatomy and strength training, my focus is on how the body moves as a whole, to enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and build lasting control and confidence.

At the same time it is extremely important to work on the mental resilience aspect as well, building effort, discipline and long-lasting (healthy) habits.
