What is included in a personal training session?

Each session is fully personalised to your goals. It includes a targeted warm-up, your custom training programme, real-time coaching and technique guidance, and a cool-down. Sessions typically run for 60 minutes.

Where do sessions take place?

We train at premium 5-star hotel facilities across Amsterdam, including the Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky. Mobile sessions at your home, office, or outdoors are also available, no fixed location needed.

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our website or by contacting us via email or phone. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothing suitable for your session type. For hotel facility sessions, towels and equipment are provided. For outdoor or mobile sessions, bring a water bottle and wear footwear appropriate for your workout.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are rescheduled at no charge. Late cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please contact us directly if you need to adjust your booking.
