I’m David, a certified personal trainer with 10+ years of experience helping clients in Amsterdam transform their fitness. My background combines evidence-based training and experience based methods with a practical approach to nutrition and lifestyle.

I started Fit by David because I wanted to create a space where clients could train without distractions, a private, high-end environment that reflects the dedication they bring to their goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply feel more confident, I’ll guide you with structure, accountability, and personal attention.
