A 60-minute personalised introduction.

Your journey begins with a free 60-minute intake session inside the private gym of the Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky.

Together with your trainer, you’ll discuss your goals, complete a 30-minute movement and strength assessment, and optionally undergo a full body analysis. You’ll also receive a practical handout with personalised insights and recommendations.

You leave the intake with clarity and direction, whether or not you continue training with Fit by David.

12 Week Plan Structure: Weeks 1–4 are all about building a foundation. Build healthy habits, movement quality, and full-body strength fundamentals. Weeks 5–8 are for Intensification. Increase training volume, improve performance, and reinforce lifestyle habits. Weeks 9–12 is the Peak Phase. Refine your goals, push towards your best results, and lock in sustainable habits.- Scientific evidence shows that the lifestyle habits built over these three months last long-term, many clients continue for years because the coaching becomes part of their routine. Over 90% of clients continue monthly after completing their 12-week plan. However, not everyone follows the structured 12-week intensification phases, many clients train simply because they love the experience, the setting, and the coaching. Whether you’re focused on injury prevention, general fitness, strength development, or simply enjoying high-quality sessions each week, you are welcome.All new memberships still begin with the first 12 weeks, but your approach and tempo are tailored 100% to you.
