Sports Massage Amsterdam
Recover like a pro. Our sports massages are developed by personal trainers with a background in elite sport, strength, and cardiovascular training. Focused on recovery, mobility, and injury prevention.
About this treatment
Training intensively, preparing for an event, or recovering from an injury? Our sports masseurs combine deep knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and training science with hands-on techniques that release muscle tension, boost circulation, and speed up recovery. This isn't a standard wellness massage, it's a targeted treatment, often combined with our 12-week personal training program or individual sessions. Our team works closely with physiotherapists and physicians, so sports massage fits seamlessly into any rehabilitation process. Available on location at our partner hotels, or at your home in Amsterdam.
