Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

All purchases made through www.fitbydavid.nl are subject to the terms outlined below. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer law, clients booking services online are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day of purchase. However, if you choose to begin your program, intake, or sessions within this 14-day period, you expressly waive your right to withdrawal for the services already provided. Once a program has started, refunds are not available for sessions already delivered.

3. Personalised Services

Our training programs, nutrition plans, and coaching are tailored to each individual client. As such, once the program has commenced, the service is considered "personalised" and non-refundable under EU law.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Individual training sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used and cannot be refunded. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability.

5. Partial Refunds / Early Termination

No refunds are offered for unused portions of a program once the agreed 12-week or monthly package has begun. In case of serious illness or injury preventing continuation, we may at our discretion offer to freeze or extend the membership rather than refund.

6. Business Clients

For corporate clients (B2B), all sales are final unless otherwise contractually agreed.
